This data analysis addresses how different genders are being treated differently in regards to school dress code policies. This is an important question to explore as school policies and education to some extent shaped the value of high school kids on sexualization, and how they see their bodies. We are concerned that these regulations may create gender stereotypes , because with the implementation of these policies, at best, students receive the message that those body parts are bad, should be hidden, or are important to others. My job in this project was mainly developing the map section of the analysis.
